Eyeformation is an application to support the education needs of the Optometric Community. With disease state content and editorial direction from Craig Thomas, O.D. The Eyeformation app is designed to support Optometrists across the nation. Disease categories include blepharitis, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and conjunctivitis. This app allows a practitioner to create a simple informational form with images and text content and share this via email. This is a unique application specifically designed for the busy Optometric Practice.
